on all the products we offer except personalized items. (Does not

or write for a Return Authorization number. Be
sure to repack in original packaging, any improperly packaged
items that are returned damaged may not receive full refund of purchase
price.
Also, for all products we sell we will guarantee the quality
you expect. If you receive any merchandise that appears damaged, please first
call the shipping company, which, in most cases will be FedEx, UPS or USPS.
By contacting the shipping company to inspect a damaged package and product we can eliminate
added costs. All packaging has been tested to meet the standards set by these companies.

so we can send out your replacement.
If the merchandise you received does not appear to

what it is. Northwest Gifts reserves the right to make slight modifications to the product
at anytime, but we will make efforts to make necessary changes to the pictures and
descriptions on our web pages in a timely fashion.
*Any shipment made outside of the U.S. we will
guarantee the quality, but we will not refund on a change of mind
whether it be color, style, or any customs due.
When we get an order we direct the order to the proper
fulfillment house, which then would ship out in 4 to 10 working days (depending on the
warehouse and season. December is closer to the 10 day lead time.) We will update these ship days as they change so you are aware of
the time to expect your package. When an order is placed you will get an E-mail
receipt to
let you know when your order was received.
