When making your purchase online you will be using a secure server during the final stages of the transaction.  Your name, address, and credit card information will be processes on a secure server.  If you put your mouse pointer over the lock icon in the lower right corner it should say 128 bit security.  (40 bit on older web browsers.)

Northwest Gifts will keep all customer information private.  We will not sell any lists of our customers to anyone. We feel that any question a customer has must be a good question, so when one arises please ask us. We will answer your message within the next 24 hours. Quality Statement
30 day money back guarantee   U.S. deliveries only*   on all the products we offer except personalized items.  (Does not include freight.)  Please call or write for a Return Authorization number. Be sure to repack  in original packaging, any improperly packaged items that are returned damaged may not receive full refund of purchase price.
Also, for all products we sell we will guarantee the quality you expect.  If you receive any merchandise that appears damaged, please first call the shipping company, which, in most cases will be FedEx, UPS or USPS.  By contacting the shipping company to inspect a damaged package and product we can eliminate added costs.  All packaging has been tested to meet the standards set by these companies.  Then contact us at shipping so we can send out your replacement.
If the merchandise you received does not appear to have the quality we show on our web site please contact us at info and let us know what it is.  Northwest Gifts reserves the right to make slight modifications to the product at anytime, but we will make efforts to make necessary changes to the pictures and descriptions on our web pages in a timely fashion.
*Any shipment made outside of the U.S. we will guarantee the quality, but we will not refund on a change of mind whether it be color, style, or any customs due.
Shipping Policy
When we get an order we direct the order to the proper fulfillment house, which then would ship out in 4 to 10 working days (depending on the warehouse and season. December is closer to the 10 day lead time.)  We will update these ship days as they change so you are aware of the time to expect your package.  When an order is placed you will get an E-mail receipt to let you know when your order was received.
Sorry, NO international orders will be allowed except for territories of the U.S.   This is due to credit card fraud and that we have no control over customs and their charges being brought into your country. All customs and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver or buyer and none of either customs or taxes will be paid by Northwest Gifts.
